IgniteOS Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IgniteOS platform (“Platform”) provided by IgniteOS (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.


2. Services Provided

IgniteOS is a white-labeled platform powered by GoHighLevel, delivering a unified operating system for small businesses, including:

  • CRM
  • Sales and marketing automation
  • AI content generation
  • Web and funnel builders
  • SMS/email communication
  • Booking and chat tools
  • Analytics dashboards

Some services may utilize third-party tools (e.g., AI engines), and IgniteOS provides access to these features under license.


3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during signup.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Pricing & Billing

  • All plans are billed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.
  • International users (including USA) are charged the same AUD price, inclusive of GST.
  • Plans are available on monthly or annual terms. Annual plans may offer discounts (e.g., 2 months free).
  • All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to renewal.
  • No refunds are offered for early termination of annual plans.
  • Payment failures may result in account suspension or termination.

5. AI Content & Limitations

Some Platform features rely on AI (artificial intelligence), including but not limited to:

  • Copywriting
  • Predictive analytics
  • Chat automation

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and vetting AI outputs.
  • IgniteOS and its licensors (including GoHighLevel) make no warranties regarding accuracy, legality, or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated content.
  • You indemnify IgniteOS from any loss, claim, or liability arising from your use of AI-generated outputs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Platform lawfully and only for its intended purpose.
  • Not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, breach security, or misuse the system.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All platform code, logos, branding, and features are the intellectual property of IgniteOS or its licensors (e.g., GoHighLevel).
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for internal business use only.
  • You may not sublicense, reproduce, or modify any part of the Platform.

8. Data Ownership & Security

  • You retain ownership of any customer data or business content entered into the Platform.
  • IgniteOS stores your data securely using encrypted, third-party cloud infrastructure.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality over any proprietary or sensitive information shared, including platform configurations, customer lists, and business strategies.


10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
  • IgniteOS does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, IgniteOS is not liable for:
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Misuse of AI-generated content

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IgniteOS, its employees, agents, and licensors from any third-party claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Any reliance on AI-generated content or tools

12. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access without notice for non-payment, misuse, or breach of terms.
  • Upon termination, your access will cease immediately and data may be deleted after 30 days.

13. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to our website. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.


14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
