Who we are
IgniteOS provides an all-in-one business platform — CRM, communications, booking, payments, marketing and AI — to small businesses. This policy covers our marketing website and our application.

- Account and usage data when you use the platform.
- Standard technical data such as device, browser and cookies for analytics and site function.
How we use it
- To provide, secure and improve the service.
- To respond to enquiries and set up demos.
- To send service and, where permitted, marketing messages — which you can opt out of anytime.
Your data, your control
You can access, correct, export or delete your information at any time. We support GDPR, CCPA and other applicable privacy laws, and your data is hosted on Google Cloud and AWS with encryption, automated backups and access controls.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted providers that help us run the service, under appropriate agreements, and where required by law.
Overseas disclosure & sub-processors
Personal information collected through IgniteOS is processed and stored by HighLevel Inc., the United States-based platform provider whose infrastructure — Google Cloud and AWS — underpins the service. This includes the details you give us (name, email, phone, business details), your account and usage data, and the customer data you store in the platform, such as contacts, communications, and booking and payment metadata.
That means your personal information is held in the United States. The terms that govern this processing are set out in our Data Processing Agreement. If we make a material change to our sub-processor list, we'll update this policy and let you know.

We use essential cookies to run the site and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access controls, two-factor authentication and audit logging. See our security page for detail.
