Using IgniteOS

You may use the service for your lawful business purposes. You're responsible for your account, your users and the content and contacts you bring into the platform.

Acceptable use

• Follow all applicable laws, including marketing, SMS and anti-spam rules.
• Only message people who have consented to hear from you.
• Don't use the platform to store highly sensitive data except where expressly permitted.
• Don't misuse, disrupt or attempt to breach the service.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content & data

You own your contacts and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. You can export your data at any time.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or improve features over time.

Third-party infrastructure

The service is delivered using third-party platform infrastructure, and availability and specific features may depend on it. Where upstream platform or model costs change, usage rates and included allowances may be adjusted on 30 days' written notice.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, IgniteOS isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that can't legally be limited.

Termination

You can stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On termination you can export your data within a reasonable period.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post changes here and update the date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
