Brief SMS delivery delays

For roughly 18 minutes, outbound SMS queued behind an upstream carrier slowdown. Messages were delivered in full once the carrier recovered; no messages were lost. We've since spread sends across an additional carrier route.

Planned database upgrade for the reporting service. Dashboards were read-only for 25 minutes overnight AEST; all other services were unaffected.

Slow funnel page loads

A CDN configuration change caused slower first-load times for a subset of funnels for about 30 minutes. Rolled back and verified; pages returned to normal speed.
