Is there really no per-seat pricing?

Correct — pricing is per business, not per user. Add your whole team and unlimited contacts at no extra cost.

What does IgniteOS replace?

Typically your CRM, booking tool, email & SMS marketing, funnel and website builder, review software, e-signatures, phone system and the spreadsheets between them — around 12 tools.

Will I lose data when I switch?

No. Our team migrates your contacts, pipelines, templates and history for you, free, as part of onboarding. Most businesses are fully switched within 30 days.

Is the AI Employee included or an add-on?

Included from the Growth plan up — Voice, Conversation, Reviews and Content AI, with no usage surprises.

Do I need technical skills?

No. It’s built for owners, not developers. We onboard you and set up your first automations and templates with you.

Can I use my own phone number and domain?

Yes — bring your domain, and get local business numbers with call tracking built in.

Does it work in Australia and the US?

Yes — local numbers and SMS compliance in both regions, billing in AUD or USD, and support across both time zones.

Is my data secure?
